I'm the wrong person to ask. I would say that we wait until Jan 3rd to find out.

IF I were Rainbolt/Corestream. I'd take the profits of the divesture and lawsuits to buy out ault. As my opinion, I hope that they do buy him out. Everything I've read about that guy makes me think he should be in jail. BUT! That is my opinion.
