I am sorry - I made an error - in reviewing further Exhibits and footnotes I find that the Third-Party Guarantee Claims - Class 7 - has actually increased a little in claim amounts and the Affiliate Guarantee Claims - Class 8 - has been eliminated.

My confusion was Class 13A-N - which is for " Designated Non-Debtor Affiliate Third-Party Guarantee Claims"

I wasn't sure if the above was Affiliate Guarantee Claims or Third-Party Guarantee Claims.

Here are the corrections -

I have some new figures and calculations for you now -

TOTAL ESTIMATED ALLOWED CLAIMS IN LEHMAN PLAN - $339,680,000,000

TOTAL ESTIMATED ALLOWED CLAIMS IN CREDITORS' PLAN - $291,236,000,000

NEW CREDITORS' PLAN REDUCES TOTAL ESTIMATED ALLOWED CLAIMS BY $ 48,444,000,000.

CLASS 6 OF LBHI - AND CLASS 4 OF SUBS - INTERCOMPANY CLAIMS - $ 27,459,000,000 - LESS CLAIMS

CLASS 7 - THIRD-PARTY GUARANTEE CLAIMS - $ 201,000,000 - MORE CLAIMS

CLASS 8 - AFFILIATE GUARANTEE CLAIMS - $21,186,000,000 - LESS CLAIMS - ELIMINATED

$27,459,000,000 + $21,186,000,000 = $48,645,000,000 - $201,000,000 = $48,444,000,000
