HUGE CONTRACTS - CONFIRMED R/M With GRES

Just got some info after doing some DD. According to my source this information is accurate, however with any DD I am always careful. Make your Own investment decisions:

- $100 Million In Contracts Already in Place - $50 million can be verified.
- An Additional $280 million in contracts set for January or February 2011
- Current Float Approximately 5.5 million shares Insiders own the majority of the shares
- Company States that filings will be done around the new year Seems like they are under promising, and likely over performing, as they stated the filings are ready to go out anytime
- Post merger share structure will be 120 million OS - No Dilution after the new share structure is met
- New Website being worked on, much more professional!

Book value of the Contracts alone would put the PPS at $3.16 with no Multiple at all!!!
