IMO - .0015 and .0016 was the Bid/ASK prices for most of the day. Under 'normal' circumstances, a buy at .0016 would show the increase, whereas a sell at .0015 would account for the decrease.
Not 100% true as one buyer said today, he bought at the BID of .0015 (the normal sale price).
