he'll be back. i really would love for his position to be included in the deal. just get rid of him and move on to the next ones...

but if he was in talks with them about his position, why would he be selling here retail?
i guess he gets a better price at market and he can't be sure if the deal will even close, so he's going on about his business and whatever shares he has leftover can be included in the deal if that's going to happen. maybe he's too annoying to deal with and won't be included...who knows..... just some rambling thoughts
