Because there is no logical reason for the stock to plunge so much right after such a great pr. Retail investors wouldn't be selling at these levels. Plus the volume yesterday was way above normal. Only times I see that happen is when the company is diluting shares, maybe im wrong, but I don't think so. Again, JMO.
