geo and jonesie have a far better understanding of this company and the oil industry than I. Read through previous posts to get a better understanding of everyone's perspective.

As for my immediate and short take on this company, I think the investor interest after today's news speaks volumes.

yup - not very encouraging. If they can't shore up requirements for AMEX, this is going to go south - fast.
