You make a few good points...but say we get the quarterly report roughly a year from now, and they are more than just cash flow positive, they are profiting immensely. Now say they are fully reporting and as transparent as it gets with their share structure, business plan, and financials. My question is, would all of this transparency, stable o/s, and a profiting pink like dtsl drive this pps up greatly, and with the current o/s, what would your best guess be as far as the pps when that point arrives? From what I see, they are just now entering the revenue phase of their business model and working with a very unique system that allows them to quickly generate more revenues, and in more than just the catering market at that. With all of the major fortune companies they are working with, that makes for a great referral and repeat customer rate, and an easy marketing niche, as these big companies will pass them on to their corporate partners and other companies they work with if they are getting the job done well, and with the right price. From all of my dd, I see a very unique and untapped niche with endless revenue flow potential. From a business stand point, dtsl seems solid for how new they are and all of the big contracts and partners they have landed so far. If all goes well, we should see substantial revenue on the upcoming report in early 2011. As far as management goes, they seem very questionable about their business practices. If they have major plans for the money they raised via dilution, maybe it wasn't such a bad thing, but it's all just speculation for now. But if they dilute it anymore than they have, there may need to be a r/s or the pps will never see blue skys. One last question...why do people think this is not a good long term investment? This company seems like it has the potential to be a huge multi million dollar corporation one day in the near future. What if everyone took their profits at half a penny and this stock saw 20 cents? Is that really out of the question for a fully reporting, transparent, mega profit making company with an o/s of 6 bill? Really, emotions aside, their system has mega potential in many markets if management can get their heads screwed on right. Only time will tell here, I can't wait for the report soon to verify revenues from all of the big events they have been performing and the new bloated s/s. Any thoughts?
