Cob, i understand your thought, but all publicly traded companies have forward looking statements at the end of there PR's. It is something that legal has done to protect the company in the event that the deal somehow goes south. Afterll, we all know that contracts can be signed, but they can also be broken and comapnies and also sue one another for breach of contract. It is a protection mechanism that is put in place to protect the company in the event something goes sour in the future. JMHO
