Only positive there is that at least Diaz bought some shares of the company, something no other board member or officer has been willing to do (except exercising low priced options). Let's see him vote with more shares along with Robert and Fred. If the company is going to make it and the price being what it is, IMO they should be buying boatloads of stock.
