I don't know if this is strictly an accounting question about using overseas figures without verifying.

It does not sound independent though, and independent seems to be a favorite word in accounting as well as the word verifying I think again.

Also, I don't know what reporting requirements are beyond forms and regularity for exchange purposes. Shrotker studies that a bit.

Also, the other thing is what will the market think. I don't think the market is going to bend over backward to readily except something that just barely could make the cut.
