Well, I think that the people who are stuck holding shares are grasping at straws to cling to some small hope that maybe this wasn't a scam and the company is still on the level. I am pretty sure the SEC will get to the bottom of all this and "no dummy's" post detailing his findings would be a great place to start. There are probably a few ex-posters on here who will be involved in the investigation as well and hopefully they get a good attorney because they are probably in a lot of trouble right now.
