Well, that isn't exactly correct. It says 10 days, not 10 business days. Which would be Jan 2nd, not Dec 29th.

But unless there is a specific clause stating otherwise, they already have notified "shareholders of the date, time, place and means of communication of each annual and special shareholders' meeting" when they posted the announcement with Pinksheets in a public form.

But I'm sure that we'll have a bunch of bashers here whining about how they didn't get a notice, as if TDGI can control the US Postal service's speed, during the Christmas Holiday...

Hell, I have HLNT in two accounts, both with the same broker, and I got a letter for each account a week apart... yet both were sent the same day based on postmark.
