I thought I saw a railroad line going into Milford on Google Earth. Couldn't CK truck concentrate to the existing line and dump the loads into cars there ? Or perhaps the RR going into Milford doesn't go near the (any) smelter ? Perhaps in time IF the company can reorganize and come out of Chapt 11.

Just a thought.
