We just might have someone in that office doing some moonlighting and using Greg's credentials without Greg knowing it. Very possible. Far fetched, yes, but you never know.

I used to sublease offices all the time from folks and use the same identical office, same Conference Room, even the same phone number, everything was identical. The only difference was the names. My name was nowhere to be found on the door or even the address, nor any letterhead. I did have a voice and my number was oner number off the main number too. In fact I had more than one location to choose from, just in case the other individual had a client on the same day I did.

The gentleman I subleased from was in the same business and we had our own clients. He specialized in a little different field than I did. Therefore, there was never any conflict. However, sometimes he would borrow some things from my inventory and add them to his to make he had all the necessary tools when he was attempting to schmooze a new client. I had to bite my tongue in those situations because he was giving me such a great deal to sublease from him. I saved myself well over $100,000 in expenses by subleasing from this gentleman.
