I am not sure of the original content of the post that you are responding to.

You know what the content of my original post is because it's been posted several times the past few days. It's on the most recent 10-K and the Dec. 15, 2010 8-K. It provides some of the time lines JBI was allowed to test the machine and work out the kinks until the stack test has been provided.

If your point was that they don't need to have much inventory and hence will not need a sw permit... I think that is wishful thinking..

I looked at my post, didn't even hint at that. My point was that with the days and days of testing, 24/7, they would have to provide feedstock for the processor. I also indicated that unless JBI could show that the processor could work for several days in a row, the DEC would not be doing their due diligence if they allowed this to happen, the machine might blow up or start spewing toxins after a few days (it didn't and they allowed commercial production). 21 tons every 24 hours, how else could they do this unless they had considered the feedstock issue. The process works, commercial production has begun.

At last we agree, I love the Leafs, but yes they suck.
