RS'ing at this point would set them on a unsustainable path and no buyers for their shares in the pink markets. A wise CEO would realize the consequences and ramifications of pursuing a path like that. The truth is, by being smart, they could sell many more $ worth shares without doing it. A RS will actually dampen their prospects. They seem to have made other decisions that do not make sense so, you know, anymore, I don't actually view this company in the light that they will make the brightest and smartest decisions, seems to have trended the other way for some months now. Hopefully the CEO will wake up and realize exactly the hole she's digging for herself, that she could accomplish much more using better methods.
