okay i'll bite...doesn't the rate payer get a benefit in the 300 jobs that weren't there previously? don't they also benefit by 17% lower property tax? ill take a 17% cut in taxes for a 1% increase in my electric bill....maybe the unemployed who could be employed with approval can actually have electricity...
