So I recently sold 500,000 shares at .0014 and was charged a $290 fee since I use TD Ameritrade. Amazing huh? I understand they are using a TA to transfer paper and that is where this fee is coming from. I emailed INIX today to see if this is a 1 time thing or anytime there is a trade that uses the TA there will be a fee. I really hope this is not the case and I was very specific to let them know how inappropriate this is.

I know a while back there were quite a few posts about this, but does anyone know, or incurred these expenses through TD Ameriturd? I asked INIX how much they would charge to transfer the remainder of my 6 million to ICAP but have had no response yet. I know someone said they got partial credit back and not sure who they contacted (probably the TA since they charge this fee right?).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. What a terrible day and I hope I get some solid answers from INIX because I would hate to have to dump rest of these shares and make this even worse. I also wish they would have told us there may be some brokerage houses that would not be able to electronically trade this stock before the FS (unless they had no idea).

Sincerely
Long term investor (keeping his fingers crossed)
