Even if Brisko is not allowed to disclose any details of the negotiations while they are in progress, - there is no excuse for him not to at least acknowledge his shareholder with a simple letter.

It could state that he thanks us all for our interest and support... that the company is in good shape to move forward... and that he is continuing in his process of negotiations... Happy holidays and wishing you a profitable New Years...

Something along those lines is only common curtesy.

Brisko reminds me of the one member of the family who is really to lazy to remember anyones birthday or let alone Christmas.
