It should be illegal but it's not. Traders are doing more 'painting the bid' than others are at 'painting the ask'. It's that simple. Everyone wants to buy at a bargain and it will continue to go down unless those that are long start buying at the ask.

Do you guys/gals remember the name "balamidas". He was the big pumper last time and now you don't even hear from him since he is busy lowering the price of the stock so he can get back in again. He probably sold around .012 or .013.
