MM's knowing they can give back and forth... SEC already has it's hands full people. It is a pretty simple click of a mouse; and if you go back awhile, somebody tried to attack this a couple weeks ago and EXBX came up on the RegSho list.... Half the volume was probably naked (factual that a lot of it was).

Like I said earlier... If I had 10k, I could make this pig move with a couple hundred at a time.... IMO, someone is still sitting on several million shares at/above .02 and they have yet to show their hand in this poker game.
