So you are saying instead of a settlement that would guarantee your investment to increase, you are willing to take the chance in the courts with a judge who is friends with Williams? You have to be kidding me. I have to disagree. I will bet my investment on a settlement any day. Have you met Drago? On this message board he is an ass and a monster but in person unfortunately he comes across as a nice guy and that is exactly what the jury will see. BIG mean CLYW trying to beat a little guy (Drago) out of his investment. I do not agree with the events up to this point either but it is going to be easy for Williams to paint a pitiful picture that makes CLYW out to be the bad guy and Drago the prey. If you want to gamble...go to vegas. If you want a guaranteed win....then settle.
