Can anyone explain from the PR where they say DGRI acquired a controlling interest in AGDI ?
AGDI is trading at .67 cents and DGRI at .02 cents so how can DGRI own AGDI
5m shares are worth 3.35 million

entire mkt cap of DGRI is 150m x .02 = 3 million

the AGDI shares are worth more than the entire mkt cap alone + what @ the value of the gold ?
