I totally disagree.I believe a board would vote no on an approval because of spite. I have worked for companies whose managers made decisions which were not best for the company just to spite a worker.If our boss presented himself as knowing more than the board,or as if this would be a slam dunk,as well as many other reasons, there is no doubt in my mind they would say no,even if it would be best for the community,creating jobs etc.
