other funding sources:

Any idea what, or who, those "other funding sources" can be?

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - 12/16/10) - Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. (Pinksheets:HFBG - News) would like to update the activities within the Company; the authorized shares were raised to fulfill the obligations of distribution. The 504 Regulation D will be used as it is intended to be used for, to support cost.

In preparation for distribution, Hall of Fame Beverages will have to pay for POS sales materials, a Publicist for Larry Johnson's promotional tour, travel expenses, freight, marketing and promotions, and the legal fees incurred to become a fully reporting entity a level above pinksheets, OTCQB. We will need to increase personnel to manage accounts. All these expenses are the responsibility of Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. We are in conversation with other funding sources and believe that we will be successful.

Company CEO, Steve Hendricks states that "The Biagio Cru contract will be finalized before Jan. 1st, 2011. In the meantime National Mystic will cover MD/DC areas. Upstate NY will be covered by Elmira Distribution which already has distribution in 25 Dandy stores and have all reordered and as the first of the year will have distribution in the remaining Dandys and other grocery store outlets. The 10 counties in NE corner of PA will be covered by Canada Dry Bottling of Scranton, PA. Metro NY will be covered by Logistic Systems. NJ, VA, NC, SC, GA, AL and TN will have coverage starting late January 2011. So we are preparing and ready to go."

Grand Ma Ma's commercial featuring former NBA basketball player Larry Johnson is currently being edited and will be ready by the Holiday.

Atomic Dogg Super Soda will be produced and put into distribution; target date is March 2011.
