With financing arranged by the sale of company shares at $0.15 and warrants of $0.25 and $0.50 the financing company is pretty confident that the share price will find a base above the $0.15 level or this deal would not be profitable for them.

And we ALL know that financing only thinks of profits.

I like UPCO for the long term.
