This update confirms a nearly 10 billion in valuation for DGRI that is proven.
The only thing that update confirms is that there has been substantial dilution since December 1st which is the "as of date" that this "CEO" chose to use for the "share structure update". What type of an update is that? Updated the share structure...as of December 1st? Too freakin' funny!
I want to see the Form D that should have been filed...for an update on who is getting all of the "cheap shares"...that's leading to all of this monster dilution. That's what I want to see. Why won't they file it? They are, basically, refusing to file the Form D.
As far as the Basin Gulch "discovery" goes - That thing has been passed around like a hot potato from company to company {connected companies, in my opinion, always w/ Perttu in tow/leashed} for tens upon tens of millions of shares..."exchanged". The NI 43-101 is, I believe, "mostly based" upon the work that Perttu..."performed"...and therefore, in my opinion, is fatally flawed.
And, this small little gold company, Kinross Gold, apparently, passed on this "proven...10 billion in valuation"..."discovery". LOL! I doubt that if they had found anything "worthwhile" that they wouldn't have...passed on it and, instead, would have worked it...for whatever tailings may be there.
"Kinross Gold, U.S.A. has taken an option on the property and is evaluating it's potential for development."
It's funny how DGRI never mentions Kinross Gold's..."evaluation" on Basin Gulch's "potential for development", lol...there's, really, very little wonder wonder why. The answer can be found in DGRI's "evaluation by action" performance...or lack thereof...DGRI hasn't even filed for a license, an exclusion nor a permit...to harvest this bountiful...mother of all mother lodes!

And this is after YEARS of "promises", from Perttu and Hollis...of all the gold... Why won't they file?
