I was running a biotech scan last night & noticed that MRNA was hitting 52 week lows recently. I did a quick update/read on their current condition & I am thinking that one reason for the down trend was the lack of cash on the books & fear that the company will need to go to the markets with a secondary in the near future. Any other reason for the down trend, except for tax loss selling & the cash balance.
