EXACTLY. It makes NO sense to have NOT filed a simple fax, even KNOWING it would not have made a difference. The SIMPLE FACT is that Megas let the stock be revoked, and the 'GIVE A SHIT' meter at the SFC and whomever else MIGHT helped is now rusty and seized up.
