There have been NO DILUTION from the company what so ever!!!!that means UWRL didnt sell one share to the open market...

PS there has been selling from VC s but not from UWRL... UWRL had to issue shares for 2 things: MERGER with GGER and financing of GGER operations + merger with Welcome Place Inc and Encryptstick...

TJ and lionheart are typical VC s...they got shares for financing the GGER business plan...good news is we bought them all up...now that financing period is coming to an end and i look forward to seeing GGER make profit from that 2.4 mil Cell phone deal we needed money for to execute...

CE will be removed once Attorney letter will be submitted not before...Pink Sheet s need to reviw the 150 pages long AD and then another 10 page AD will be submitted with attorney letter following it in a day or two...This can all happen this year IMO...
