I'm not sure but they have been putting out a lot of good pr's and it moved when it got ready. There are possibilities of making money on this stock just have to play it right. People complain about os and rs. Just to show how unimportant the os is to the stock. They have had an issue with outstanding shares for sometime but did it keep price down, no. This stock is definitly not one to grow with but money can be made. Cause they ain't going out of business yet.
