You would be surprised - the SEC will go after these people hard. First they will look at the employees at the main office and they will try to get who their boss is. They may go after some of the other names in "nodummy's" DD that he did and try to get to the bottom of all this. There usually is some sort of paper trail or money trail that they can follow to get to who is at the bottom of all this.

For the sake of all that lost their money in this, I hope they find and arrest all who were involved in this.
