Looks like a build-up to something big...enough funds to keep the company together and move the POR planning forward. As to instituting the POR, bigger funds would be necessary. Can't have the second without the first. I imagine the $millions are right behind the $hundred thousands, just waiting for conditions to be met.

There is no train to the edge of knowledge, no plane. You have to go on foot.
