Do you think they have tested the P2O process for only a few hours at a time. They have done many runs over periods of several days, they were given permission to do it and logically you would think the DEC would require it to ensure the damn thing didn't blow up or suddenly start spewing forth toxin's into the air. JBI has experience with loading 20 tons a day. Can you in any way see why they wouldn't, it would be asinine to for JBI to not do comprehensive and multi-day testing runs.
