I believe they are meeting with appeal panel soon or something like that and also been some + news FDA/diet drug. But what do I know, sometime a lot sometimes not. I am long in this and would have a big #:>)) if this went back to the 52 week high as I now own more than when I bought before all the bad news.
These types of plays are a mystery they can move big on nothing, then also there might be something that someone knows and the word is slowly spreading. I hold this in my TFSA (Canada) I think thats the equiv of a Roth or something like that
