I agree! I would have thought something might have been announced early today if they had anything to say. Maybe they will wait until the 11th hour to inform the court. I would think that waiting till the last minute with no settlement news would make the Judge just a little unhappy. We will see! I am hopeful we get some good news in the next couple of days but my instinct tells me we may be seeking an extention or pressing onward toward trial. Either way I still like our position!
