Excuse me but the transfer agent has all the corporate records in regard to shareholders and the transfer agent is necessary in order to hold a meeting wherein shareholders approve or disapprove of any corporate action.

whether or not aloc continues to trade anywhere, the transfer agent is an essential necessity in carrying on proper, legal business.
