Wow! Crazy weekend on the board! I want to get some clarification on stuff from samsam and Jer: I look as this company as a retailer that already has clothing in Browns and has an "agreement" with Saks (which I have been leery about from the get go.) So all the shadiness aside with promoters and other things. Does having the actual product in stores not help their cause? As I have posted before, it will take a heck of a lot of scarves and throws to turn a profit especially at the retail asking price but product is product. Right?
Like I said I am still on the fence and see both sides but I am also looking at the tangibles that we actually know, they have product in stores and Kate Hudson and Enrique have been seen wearing the product. To me, that is a green flag, so to say. If you find my post down the board, I stated where I think the company will go from a retailing perspective but if they can't get there that is a huge issue.
I also sent an email this weekend to Fly Mode about the t-shirt. They responded with a we are all sold out and can’t get any more”. I have responded with a “WHY?” But have not heard back. I will let you know when I find out!
