The credit issue is actually a purported fact, not an opinion, which is, in conjunction with the "red flag" label, the core of my complaint to the author. They can issue opinions til the cows come home and not be stepping on the company's rights, but asserted facts that are false, or opinions that suggest the existence of facts underpinning them that are false, are another story.
