You have to wonder why the DRTV launch didn't catch fire...was it because of the CEO? The creative (Hawthorne)? The channels? The times? Too many variables, of which too many are unknown.

I've said it before, but moving forward the company should be funneling all available resources to these initial Lowe's stores. You get in nationally with a retailer like Lowe's, you don't need a DRTV campaign, or alternately, you can start up the DRTV again with the dual benefit of supporting the product in stores.

It looks like they are putting a good amount of resources into Lowe's. Good to see demos are ongoing. Would be interesting to see the sales numbers on that front thus far but of course we aren't privy to such info.
