That makes sense to me because the stock was no bid for so long and then the R/S happened in October and there was no dilution to sell shares to finance those races. No money/No racing. Simple.



The split happed on Oct 8th. Then there was a race on 11/5, 11/12, and 11/19, where there was dilution on 11/9 and 11/16. So your dates are off, there WAS dilution to sell shares but they didn't run the races . . . you might want to check the facts first.
