look below at the dates of the filings. They have a gap from 6/19/07 until now with filing. We know nothing about them. Now they want us to read what they want us to hear, not what is fact.
They need to make the stock fertile for dilution.
Get real, tell them we want the financials for VCTY.
When they filed the 2007 financials, Assets were $700k and the current liabilities alone were $8,000k. Assets cover liabilities seven cents on the dollar. Give me a break!!!
Has this changed? No, but the attorney says he has seen the financials. What does seen mean?
