Dear Shareholder/s:


The ten questions reflect comprehensive thinking about

the welfare and future of the company. Artec appreciates

your support and concerns for the company to succeed

in its mission to bring Tubercin to the world. Thank you

for your continued support....we need your help to

succeed in the near future.



We feel very optimistic about what will happen in the

new year 2011. We want to prevent misleading

information . Therefore we cannot answer with certainty

what will or not happen in the future. Also , we don't want

to contradict ourselves and say for certain this is

happening or not happening.



Artec will confirm that we are progressing toward a

favorable conclusion. We will report our progress as

it happens . We also have to obtain permission to

release certain information that are under the

conditions of confidential nondisclosure agreements

that Artec has signed.



The bottom line is we have progressed this far by

observing the legal rules of the industry and not

tampering with the stock market news in any way.

We have to be careful not to overstep our boundaries

and cause grief to everyone because we were reckless

with our information and distracted from carrying out

the business of the company.



I again confirm we look favorably toward 2011. We

did much in 2010 to be able to have a wonderful

product that has the potential to be saving lives

in the near future.
