This is not going to be received well, but the Keith that I knew back in 2007 was a good man to communicate with, however, floods and a downturn in gas and oil killed his dream. It is easy to call someone a crook, but to take a moment and think of what it must have been like to walk in his shoes, takes mercy and empathy. I had a similiar experience with my own business. I once owned a company that was part of a large company and had things going great and then 911 happened and then China started making what I was making...... I was out of business within a short time because of circumstances beyond my control. My plan was darn near perfect and everything was going my way and then 9 terrorist attacked our country and then China started to take over the high end furniture/accessory business...

Keith would have done well without the flood and without the pull back in oil and gas prices....
