I don't understand why CCEL and MW has not released a PR about the lawsuit. It is public knowledge now and IMO she needs to release this to the public and make the details of the lawsuit known.

I suspect this suit will or could be thrown out due to jurisdiction problems for CCEL. They do not own Cyro-Cell Mexico and CCM is an independently owned company with ownership being in Mexico. Being an independently owned company, they have the right to sell their company to a bidder who offers them the right price. Obviously, since CCM signed the LOI, that price has been met.
