Until I see the details I won't be making a guess as to motivation. I wish details had been given instead of just mentioning a lawsuit.

I'll definitely be watching the filings since legal proceedings need to be disclosed. It will be quite interesting to see what it's about.

What I'd really like to see is the contract with the Mexican licensee. That would tell us a lot.

Hi Karen. I have no idea what the basis of the suit is at this point. Didn't ask Matt and he probably wouldn't tell me the details anyway. Seems they should be suing Mexico if anyone. I think this is a desparate attempt to stop the deal. But if they do stop it, I might sue Cryo-Cell as an injured party.
