I guarantee you that everyone that is a board
member or officer of a peny stock has at one
time or the other, lied to their shareholders,
it is the nature of the beast. Has DF lied, no
doubt, but so has everyone else associted with
Behl. I also don't believe that anyone associated
with Behl really wants an SEC investigation. Just
remember this, if you lay down with pigs, you are
going to get dirty. If the SEC does get involved,
DF won't be the only one that will be looked at'
and that really depends on whether or not they get
involved at all.
