The firm worked on the DV project in fits and starts from the get go. Poorly organized and underfunded. If anybody has a claim on that incomplete white elephant it would be the client and the property owner. We were never privy to the contract stipulations, but there is usually a bad faith clause, and per Bubba its being exercised. Bravo, the good guys win, however they are stuck with the quandry of making a silk purse out of a sows ear.
