It's the typical penny stock game. Companies lure in newbies who don't know how the penny stock market works(It's MUCH different than big boards)by claiming outside manipulation and then pretend to work with the SEC in claims of abusive short selling and internet bashers.

In almost ALL cases the company is simply hiding the truth from the shareholders to make it seem like they are the golden company to invest in.

It worked until some people started truly bringing things to light.

I have posted before that regardless of the issues that have been brought to the public eye, the company would have still dumped their shares as it was truly at the peak..
